Brand new from Lincat is the Convector Oven. A compact and versatile counter-top convection oven with the ability to roast, braise, bake and reheat a variety of food types. The Convector is available in a number of sizes and specifications. The CO133M is a manually controlled, plug & play, 53 litre capacity convection oven that is supplied with a 13A plug fitted, the oven will accept 3x 2/3 Gastronorm trays. The oven has a two speed bi-directional fan that will provide even heat distribution in the oven chamber with a temperature range of 60-260°C. The unit also features a 120 minute countdown timer with electronically controlled buzzer and the oven lamps will flash when the cooking cycle is complete.
