Rational Cooking System iVario 2-XS.

Intelligent one-touch control with the iCookingSuite, the cooking intelligence in the iVario. Who tailors the cooking process to the food, which brings everything to the desired result, which learns from you, adapts to your cooking habits and warns you when to take action, such as turning a steak. You cannot burn or boil anything on it. If you want to give the food its own twist, you can intervene in the cooking process.
iZoneControl
Wide variation in minimal space with the iZoneControl option. It allows you to create up to four zones from one pan base and you can choose the size, position and shape as you like. You can now prepare the same or different types of food in one pan. Simultaneously or with a delay, at the same or a different temperature. With a nuclear probe or through time. Always without supervision, without extra kitchen equipment, without waste of energy.
iVarioBoost
The combination of ceramic heating elements and a scratch-resistant pan base with fast response for high efficiency, excellent speed and an even heat distribution. The integrated iVarioBoost energy management system consumes up to 40% less energy than conventional cookers and still offers spare capacity. This allows you to sear large quantities quickly and the temperature does not drop when adding cold ingredients.
Speed
With the optional quick cooking function, you can achieve up to 35% * shorter cooking times. Automatic pressure build-up and decompression make the iVario Pro quick and easy.
Effective energy management
The iVarioBoost heating system combines power, speed and precision. The reserve power and the precise heat distribution over the entire surface ensure that the preparation runs perfectly. That is up to 4 times faster than conventional kitchen technology with up to 40% less power consumption.
