ChefQuip Peeler AVAM.14DB 6kg.

Fine abrasive coating in the machine’s chamber ensures potatoes have a smoother surface when peeled on an industrial scale and are perfect for roasting. Replaceable stainless steel abrasive liner and body ensures a corrosion resistant peeling chamber. Other features include a no-volt release system for operator safety, and balanced, rotating plates allowing quiet operation.
