Using Marco’s Pillar technology that pumps up water from the under-counter boiler into the SP9’s re-circulation chamber, pulsing 9 times to incorporate pre-infusion and pulse brewing – then dispensing this onto the coffee with programmable volume and timer, ensuring no loss of temperature and consistency from each brew.
