How it works
Outstanding FOG removal efficiency due to unique two chamber separation and coalescence gap system. The Grease Capture is intended for the separation of fats, oils and grease along with suspended solids from kitchen wastewater. The units flow design encourages smaller FOG droplets to merge and create larger droplets for greater separation and extraction efficiency into the oil collection container. Patented flow direction system prevents blockages and improves effectiveness of the units performance.
