The 900mm GP518-LS gas griddle is mounted on a sturdy leg stand and powered by a robust 31kW thermostatic burner system. It features a 20mm thick griddle plate with top weld sealed plates for superior performance. Additionally, it includes a stainless steel grease drawer for easy maintenance, heavy-duty reinforced control knobs, and push-button piezo ignition for user convenience. The griddle is equipped with adjustable feet and two additional rollers for flexibility and mobility. It’s designed for easy cleaning, installation, and servicing, with optional choices for a ribbed or chrome mirror plate to suit your needs.
