This is a dry heat model so no need to keep checking to see if it has water and the simmerstat controls.
This Maestrowave dry well Bain Marie has 4 x ¼
gastronorm containers ideal for gravies, sauces and vegetables etc.
The simmerstat controls means this Bain Marie can be set to suit the contents to ensure it doesn’t spoil.
The external dimensions of this Bain Marie are 530 mm w x 330 mm d x 230 mm h meaning it will fit in any small spot.
