Aesthetic full height double glazed sliding doors are fitted at the operator’s side.

The smooth running sliding doors allow for easy loading, doing away with the predicament of blocking passageways that swing out hinged type doors are associated with.
The accurate digital display controls are housed conveniently within the cabinet hood for easy access.
Fully enclosed for assisted service featuring a toughened front curved glass screen.
Fitted with three removable rod shelves for easy cleaning
Quartz heated illuminated cabinet for increased heat and food presentation.

    The Moffat KP2H Single Tier Pass Over Gantry 876mm is a robust over-shelving with Quartz lamp heating, Cleverly designed offering a choice of one, two, or three tiers. Standard lengths are made to suit the Moffat Premier range of hot cupboard and Bainmarie, creating a functional heavy duty kitchen pass. The pass facilitates an easy two-way communication work station between restaurant front of house and the kitchen, where checks are placed and orders processed. Chefs plate up and place on the pass to be served if there’s a delay plated food is held warm under the heat lamps. Complete with on off switches to each level as standard or can be fitted with an optional dimmer to control the lamps, alternatively an energy saving timer switch.     Set at a low height to allow serving over, this multi-tier display features square glass utilising full length LED illumination, with three unique anodised alloy heat radiating shelves to hold food warm and a neutral bottom deck area which is perfect for displaying sweet pastry’s like croissants and pain au chocolat.
    Coming on castors, this mobile and compact unit can be used as a standalone display, or joined up together with other chilled and neutral type models in the Moffat Patisserie range to form a full deli type counter.
