The drawers feature full size (1/1) gastronorm pan compatibility (pans sold separately), meaning access and cleaning is effortless. Temperature control is regulated by the highly precise digital thermostat, which is easy to operate and set. To reduce running costs, the drawers are fully insulated, ensuring a rapid heat up and a stylish cool-to-touch exterior.
