The FD50 from Roller Grill is a compact electrical fryer. It is ideal for kitchens with a lower demand of fried foods. It can be used for up to 10 fish fillets at once. Some larger establishments use this smaller fryer for frying foods with a strong flavour (e.g. garlic mushrooms) and their main fryer for all other foods. This avoids contaminating the oil in your main fryer. Another benefit of this fryer is the cold zone of oil below the element helps to prolong the life of your fryer. The FD series comes in a single or double fryer. The single FD series ranges from 5L to 12L and the double 10 to 16L, some of the models are available with a drain tap included.
