The Flash Grill Griddle is completely different to any other cooking technology on the market thanks to its innovative heating system. Unlike traditional griddles whose cooking surfaces are heated directly by electrical elements or hobs the FlashGrill uses a patented heating system in which the elements are immersed in a sealed chamber filled with diathermic fluid.
The unique heating system allows for a perfectly even and stable cooking surface with degree precision control allowing for the end user to maximise their cooking surface capacity.

The EP516-RB 900mm electric griddle is an excellent machine that comes with a refrigerated base. It features powerful 12kW heating elements and a durable 20mm thick griddle plate. With a single temperature control zone and top-weld sealed plates, it ensures consistent performance. The griddle also comes with a stainless steel grease drawer, reinforced control knobs, and adjustable feet with two additional rollers for ease of use and service.
