Terms and Conditions for culinary and beyond

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
- These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of goods by Culinary and Beyond Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We supply both business customers (B2B) and individual customers (B2C). Certain legal rights may differ depending on your status.
2. Goods Supplied
2.1 We sell both new and used goods, including but not limited to commercial catering machinery, kitchen appliances, and household items.
2.2 All goods are sold as described. For used goods, reasonable wear and tear is expected, and condition will be clearly stated where possible.
2.3 Images, descriptions, and specifications are for guidance only and may vary slightly from the delivered goods.
3. Orders and Cancellation
3.1 Orders are only accepted once payment has been received in full unless a credit account is agreed in writing.
3.2 Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations are not accepted, and the order will be processed.
3.3 Prices are quoted in GBP.
3.4 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices at any time before order acceptance.
4. Delivery and Inspection
4.1 Delivery dates and times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
4.2 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. Title passes only once full payment is received.
4.3 You must inspect goods upon delivery prior to signing for them. By signing, you confirm acceptance of the goods in the condition received. We are not liable if defects or damages are reported after acceptance.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests must include clear reasons for the return.
5.2 Acceptance of returns is at our sole discretion. If approved, goods must be returned in the original packaging, in the same condition received.
5.3 Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, the amount of which will be determined by us.
5.4 Certain items (e.g., customised or special-order goods) are non-returnable.
5.5 Refunds (if approved) will only be issued once returned goods are received and inspected.
6. Warranties
6.1 New goods may carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
6.2 Used goods are sold with 3 Months Parts warranty unless expressly agreed in writing.
6.3 We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profits, business, or data).
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, or supply disruptions).
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, marketing materials, and content provided by Culinary and Beyond Ltd remain our property and may not be reproduced without our consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
