Using Marco’s Pillar technology that pumps up water from the under-counter boiler into the SP9’s re-circulation chamber, pulsing 9 times to incorporate pre-infusion and pulse brewing – then dispensing this onto the coffee with programmable volume and timer, ensuring no loss of temperature and consistency from each brew. A deceptively simple machine, the SP9 uses complex engineering to make it simple to use, a barista favourite, the SP9 gives the user complete control over recipe, with precise, consistent brewing.
